Hello, Snaevar! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.

Thanks for your contributions to Icelandic articles. Danapit (talk) 18:59, 12 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for helping out at the Hiking in the Nordic countries article. But be aware that some parts (Iceland, Svalbard, Denmark and Greenland) of the Nordic area has been excluded as the article may become to complicated. --Erik den yngre (talk) 18:53, 29 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Or because we know too little. Welcome to discuss at Talk:Hiking in the Nordic countries#Iceland?. I think we have to revert the changes for now (as we should not give the impression of covering Iceland until we do), but that does not mean we are not interested to have info on hiking in Iceland there or in a separate article. --LPfi (talk) 13:36, 7 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Driving in Iceland

Thanks for creating that article. I wish I had been able to bread it three weeks ago. Ground Zero (talk) 07:01, 20 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Winter in the Nordic countries

I figured Winter in the Nordic countries could be a nice FTT about this time of the year next year. We can edit the article along this winter when things (that should be) mentioned in the article take place. If you have some Icelandic events/things to add to the article, by all means feel welcome to do so. --ϒpsilon (talk) 17:48, 29 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Icelandic phrasebook

Hi there. Sorry to bother you, but when you have a spare moment would you mind checking the most recent (26 November) edits to the Icelandic phrasebook for accuracy? The same user has edited multiple phrasebooks over a short space of time, making errors on several, and I'm not convinced they speak all of those languages. Thanks in advance and all the best, ThunderingTyphoons! (talk) 17:57, 26 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

It's fine. I actually just reviewed the whole thing, minus most of the pronounciations.--Snaevar (talk) 23:00, 26 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Super, thank you.--ThunderingTyphoons! (talk) 09:18, 27 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi there! I'm shocked that you had yet to be made an autopatroller, after 5 years of good edits with no issues whatsoever. I've taken care of that. Thanks for all your work! Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:10, 27 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
