Blanking all the #Connect sections except in the Nigeria article

Don't get me wrong, our new group of Nigerian editors have been doing a great job, with a couple of minor formatting issues which can easily be fixed. However, the only issue is that nearly all of them have been copying the #Connect sections, almost which duplicate each other, and aren't really specific to the place. Duplication also causes SEO issues, and makes Wikivoyage look more like a templated travel guide which can potentially confuse travellers. Anyway, is there any objections before I start blanking all the #Connect sections? --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 11:54, 29 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@SHB2000: I think this makes sense. Does anyone have other points of view on this? Ground Zero (talk) 01:57, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'll start to blank them after Wednesday just until there are any final objections before I do such. As these were internally copied without attribution, they basically remain copyright violations :-(. SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 11:50, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

District articles for Ibadan

I see that several district articles have been created for Ibadan. However, there has been no proposal set forth at Talk:Ibadan to divide the city into districts with specific names and boundaries for the purposes of this site, and the Ibadan article is hardly close to overwhelming in length, so I have trouble seeing a different outcome than all the district articles being merged and redirected to the Ibadan article. I agree that they should be merged in do that travellers can find all if the information about Ibadan in one convenient place. Ground Zero (talk) 01:59, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I agree as well. That article isn't long enough yet. SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 11:50, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
