• It may be logical to merge and redirect for now, but I think the reasoning has to be addressed. Who says suburbs don't usually get their own article? I'd say they usually do. Is this within Athens city limits? OK, still not determinative - so is Piraeus, at least in that it's "incorporated in the Athens urban area, thus making Piraeus an integral part of the Greek capital" per w:Piraeus.
