Change of banner

Dear User:Sbb1413 the present banner dosen't follow the dimensions of 2100 px X 300 px. The banner used by me

I favour the new banner, but Sbb1413 was right that banners aren't unilaterally changed – in this case, I fixed the banner's dimensions so it's now 7:1.
