Small milestone

[edit]

As of today, all our NT articles are usable. Thanks to all the contributors who've made this possible. Now only the states to do..., which I've nearly finished Tasmania. SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 02:17, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Congratulations! Taking on a big country is a daunting task, but breaking it up into smaller tasks makes it easier. Ground Zero (talk) 02:27, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
Thanks :) Would be nice to use these when I go to the Territory next winter (or in the Top End, it's called "dry" season, because it's 32° in winter). SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 02:30, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
The work I did on Canada articles was very useful in planning what was supposed to be a cross-country trip, but is, due to the 4th wave, much more limited. Nonetheless, it will be useful for future trips. Ground Zero (talk) 03:56, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
Having been in lockdown from the day I was nominated for admin, while I'd probably not be using them now, it'll definitely be very useful when restrictions ease in November, although that's still a long time away. At least I'm not in Victoria where they're on lockdown 7 ;) SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 03:59, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Another milestone (the second one in a timeframe of 12 hours)

@Ground Zero, Ikan Kekek, SelfieCity, JarrahTree, Vaticidalprophet, LivelyRatification, Joshlama1, DaGizza, Andrewssi2:

On the same day as all NT articles have become usable, the years worth of effort for Tasmanian articles by numerous contributors have also paid off today, as all Tasmanian articles are now usable, with one guide article (Hobart) having just upgraded the last article to usable status. Would this now mean that after some brushups to the Tasmania article, it's now eligible to become a guide article? But regardless Happy Tasmania Day! (a little shocking fact: despite how much I love this island, I have never visited Tasmania :-() SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 11:29, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

And a happy Tasmania Day to you, too. Congratulations to you and the other contributors. Ground Zero (talk) 20:27, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
