What does this mean?

"The charms of the bay of Tadoussac classifies it, in 1998, among the select club of the most beautiful bays in the world and it becomes the first official member in North America."

Yes, it is harder to read, and the numbers are borderline unreadable. The colour coding must be very important for grasping something to justify it – I don't see the advantage when used like this. –LPfi (talk) 20:38, 23 January 2022 (UTC)

As someone who does not use a screen reader, looking at File:Qc138.svg (e.g.), the file is made up of arbitrary lines in SVG, not text, so a screen reader would probably not be able to recognize it as "138".
