Talk:Veluwe (disambiguation)

How necessary is this disambig?

I've implemented my article for the Veluwe today, which leaves me to deal with this disambiguation page. I've already moved the disambiguation page here from Veluwe, but since everything that's linked from this disambig is also linked in the new article as other destinations, does this page keep on serving a real purpose? Is it time to mark this disambig for deletion?

I agree that the links from the article should suffice. On the other hand, if those places are called "Veluwe", then I don't see any problem in keeping the page either (provided Veluwe itself is added). –LPfi (talk) 21:20, 17 April 2023 (UTC)

Naturally the namesake article would be added, yes. I am not aware of anything named "Veluwe" that doesn't hold any kind of relation to the region either though. Therefore to me, linking to this disambig from the region article with "For other places called Veluwe..." feels wrong as well, as those would presumably already be mentioned in the article itself. ― Wauteurz (talk) 21:33, 17 April 2023 (UTC)
