Pagebanner substitutions

Hi. I appreciate your efforts at improving pagebanners, but I don't agree with some of your substitutions, and the normal procedure is that when pages already have pagebanners, unless it's blindingly obvious another one is an improvement over a really bad banner, a proposal is made on the article's talk page with thumbnails of the existing banner and the proposed new banner or banners. We then have a discussion about which banner is best, and unless a consensus develops behind a new banner, the existing banner is kept. So please stop unilaterally replacing banners and start discussions on each article's talk page. Thanks a lot.
