VfD Discussion (result: kept with a tentative proposal to revisit the issue later)

[edit]

Created by a drive-by editor and not much edited since. Currently rated as a stub. Hobbitschuster (talk) 11:34, 27 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Since it looks like we're keeping it, I've added an intro, links to other articles, and copyedited a bit. Some attention from other editors would help bring it up to snuff. Ground Zero (talk) 00:36, 10 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

What exactly makes this an outline rather than a stub? Hobbitschuster (talk) 16:05, 31 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

According to Wikivoyage:Travel topic status, an Outline: "Has at least an introduction (this can be as short as a single sentence explaining what the topic is) and an outline of headers laid out for the article, similar to standard Wikivoyage destination templates. Some of the sections of the outline may have content, but not all of them." The question would be whether you consider the listings to be headers. I guess that literally speaking, this wouldn't be an Outline. But what do you think has to be added? Ikan Kekek (talk) 18:41, 31 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
Well the article doesn't really do a good job having any sections or outlining where it wants to go... Some of those issues were raised in the vfd... Hobbitschuster (talk) 12:22, 1 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
If you want to downgrade it to a stub on that basis, go ahead. I don't care either way. Ikan Kekek (talk) 12:26, 1 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
I have added a couple sections and made a few other minor changes (and added a picture), so I think it's now clearly at outline status. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 00:33, 15 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

The promised but never occurred revision

[edit]

If you look at the VfD above, the consensus was to revisit the issue later. Well, quite some time has passed. Is this article going anywhere? Hobbitschuster (talk) 16:16, 15 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

I still think it should be kept; it's a lot better than many travel topic articles. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 16:53, 15 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
