Berlin Tegel Airport

• I have no great problem with deleting if that's where consensus goes, but wouldn't it make more sense to redirect to Berlin#By plane, if only to help people ignorant of the closure who type it in the search bar? --ThunderingTyphoons! (talk) 19:59, 3 December 2020 (UTC)

• Comment. copied from w:Tegel Airport with references unremoved for clarity: Due to legal and safety reasons, Tegel will be held operational for air traffic for another six months without handling any scheduled services before being decommissioned as an aviation facility on 3 May 2021. The minor military area on the northern side of Tegel will still be used for governmental helicopter flights until 2029. It would not hurt to wait for these six months, IMHO. So, travellers can't actually go there? We redirect airport codes in Wikivoyage for linking purposes, but it looks like Hobbitschuster has updated articles to eliminate such links. The redirects are no longer needed. Ground Zero (talk) 13:31, 13 December 2020 (UTC)

Because the airport name is a likely search term by someone who doesn't know any better; the IATA code is not. Someone geeky enough to know IATA codes of foreign airports almost certainly knows when an airport has permanently closed.--ThunderingTyphoons! (talk) 17:15, 13 December 2020 (UTC)

Prehistoric Wessex Trail

In itinerary article that isn't an itinerary, but simply a list of POIs in no particular order, most of which are already listed in destination articles (those that are not, can and should be). It hasn't been substantially edited since creation in 2013, and doesn't exist as an itinerary outside of Wikivoyage-world. This could be a travel topic, but I would suggest deletion.--ThunderingTyphoons! (talk) 13:04, 16 November 2020 (UTC)

Comment The first half of this itinerary is being sold as a Prehistoric Wessex coach tour for £755 next June. The coach tour order is close to that in the article, so it does exist elsewhere. AlasdairW (talk) 22:33, 16 November 2020 (UTC)

• Weak keep. With a few hours work it could be usable. Whilst the article has been here, one set of lat/longs has been added, and I expect that there are co-ordinates for most of the other places, either her or on WP. Most months 10-20 readers look at the article (but there were 72 views on 18 March 2017!). AlasdairW (talk) 21:51, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
