There is also the city of Berkeley in England that would presumably be better known to Europeans. Let's ask some of them for their opinions.

I think that Berkeley Square in London is possibly as well known as the village of Berkeley (England), due the the song, "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square". The Berkeley (California) is probably better known unless you are in Gloucestershire. It looks like both articles are missing diambig links in the pagebanner, but do any moving first. Go to the pages which have moved and click on "What links here" to check that all the incoming links are pointing at the correct page. It is important to change any pages which are themselves redirects, e.g. Berkeley, ca as double redirect don't work. There are about 30 article pages to edit. Have fun!
