Edit count stats

[edit]

Do you know of a page that displays the weekly edit counts stats for the various language versions? -- (WT-en) Andrew H. (Sapphire) 01:05, 6 January 2007 (EST)

Special:Statistics. Or wts:Multilingual statistics, effective yesterday... (WT-en) Jpatokal 01:15, 6 January 2007 (EST)
Close, but no cigar. I'm looking for a page, which might be in the /webalizer/ namespace, that has logged the weekly edit counts for the past couple of years. Hmmm. -- (WT-en) Andrew H. (Sapphire) 01:20, 6 January 2007 (EST)

[edit]

While reducing the amount of commentary about sex crimes by a contributor (which I thought was needed too) you added the age of consent for a few countries. What you wrote for some of them like Philippines and Cambodia doesn't match what Interpol says. I'm not sure what source you're working from, so I thought I'd ask before I make further edits in case you have a more useful source. -- (WT-en) Colin 00:51, 8 January 2007 (EST)

I was just doing random googling, so I'm pretty sure Interpol is a more reliable source. (WT-en) Jpatokal 01:54, 8 January 2007 (EST)
I was trying to cross check a few places and did use some information from an AIDS awareness website called Avert and also a little from Unicef reports. I had not thought to check Interpol. The Cambodian constitution says 15 but Interpol says 16. I assume a recent law raised the age. (WT-en) marchinvietnam 19:50, 14 January 2007 (EST)

Miyajima

[edit]

Thanks for joining in on Miyajima this afternoon. Let me know if you think my image addition / swap ruins the wa. (WT-en) Gorilla Jones 00:46, 9 January 2007 (EST)

I thought the colors were a bit muted in the torii picture, since it's at dusk, and therefore wasn't an ideal 'grabber'. And the formatting worked better with the long horizontal of the dance picture up top (as opposed to the more info-heavy 'See' section). But you're certainly right about the iconic-ness of the torii, so please do fiddle and re-arrange if you think it'll work better. (WT-en) Gorilla Jones 01:02, 9 January 2007 (EST)
Works for me! (WT-en) Gorilla Jones 01:34, 9 January 2007 (EST)

Bhutan

[edit]

The southeastern border of Bhutan has been allowing travelers to exit for some time. The problems were that there was no provision for offering exit stamps there, and so travelers still had to return to Phuentsholing to get the paper work done. Do you know if that has changed? I've not read anything in the local press to that effect. Also, the Indian authorities on the Assam border were only offering entry stamps to foreigners on a case by case basis. Do you know if that has changed? Without this stamp, travelers will have problems departing from India. (WT-en) WindHorse 12:14, 14 January 2007 (EST)

I based my edit on this; please add the caveats. (WT-en) Jpatokal 00:55, 15 January 2007 (EST)
It seems like your source is quite up-to-date. However, the only time this issue has been mentioned in the local press was a 9 Jan 2007 article that stated that the national assembly were considering opening this border. Here is online version of the article: . Anyway, this issue is well documented on the Samdrup Jongkhar page, and so I'll add link to that for clarification. (WT-en) WindHorse 02:22, 15 January 2007 (EST)

Would you please upload...

Could I ask you to upload this? Your site doesn't give copyright info and I don't want to assume what you told me about your images already uploaded to WT is the same for images not yet uploaded. Thanks. -- (WT-en) Andrew H. (Sapphire) 23:57, 17 January 2007 (EST)

Image OK'd

[edit]

I called the Norwegian Embassy in Azerbaijan and it seems that they are fine with the usage of the Sheki tourism map. How, according to Wikivoyage rules do I post the image on the Sheki site? Thanks for your assistance!

Jpatokal, I'm sorry

[edit]

Listen, I'm sorry for lying about the image. And you're perfectly right about me not being a wikivoyager, but please consider. you are welcome to block me off (i promise never never to do it ever again). if you think that you can forgive me, please post your comments on my talk page. with due apology (once again), (WT-en) Upamanyuwikivoyage 08:05, 22 January 2007 (EST)

Hey there, just a quick question since you're online... what's with all of the hotel websites that his person is adding that all end in ?r=947 like http://www.themerchanthotel.com/?r=947 - is this something fishy... like maybe getting a referral credit or something? (WT-en) ::: Cacahuate 10:54, 22 January 2007 (EST)

Re: thanks

[edit]

Thanks, not too difficult on my part... I've been a significant editor of the article that that image is used in on Wikipedia, so that image in a travel guide on India stuck out like a sore thumb. Cheers, (WT-en) JYolkowski 20:10, 23 January 2007 (EST)

Millenium

[edit]

Will it really be the new millennium in Ethiopia on September 11, 2007? One thing that always drove me nuts was when people would be preparing for the "millennium" in 1999, when in fact the new millennium didn't start until January 1, 2001 00:01. (At least according to the Gregorian calendar.) -- (WT-en) Andrew H. (Sapphire) 01:45, 27 January 2007 (EST)

I can answer my own question and no, it will not be the new Ethiopian millennium this year on September 11th. We have to wait until 2008 year of the Gregorian calendar. Also, the new year actually begins on September 12, 2007 . This is because the new year always starts a day later than normal, on years preceding the Gregorian leap year. Do you care if I revert that trivium as it's not true? -- (WT-en) Andrew H. (Sapphire) 01:56, 27 January 2007 (EST)

Confirming my photography

[edit]

Dear Jpatokal,

Yes, I can confirm that the pictures I have added on the Guiyang, Guizhou and Anshun pages are mine. I took the Anshun and Guizhou pictures in 2004 while I was living in Zunyi. I took the picture of the Jiaxiu Pavilion in Guiyang earlier this week since I currently reside there.

So you live in Singapore? Cool, I lived there from 1997-2000. It's a great place. Cheers, guiyang_laoshi

Have you ever seen the movie Lost in Translation? If so, there's a part of the movie where Bill Murray is on a set and a Japanese director is going on and on about something, then the translator simply says "Turn toward the camera". Kyoto inns

Do you think it's worth porting in the ryokans in the Japanese Innkeepers Association listings for Kyoto? Informative, or clutter? I haven't stayed at any of them - all I can do is comment on their location (and, in a few cases, their exterior). (WT-en) Gorilla Jones 22:40, 19 February 2007 (EST)

Why not? I've already listed the one I've stayed in myself. (WT-en) Jpatokal 22:51, 19 February 2007 (EST)

Hey, I want to import Guinsa to de: and we're going to translate it to make it our next "OtPB", which we call "AdTp", the only problem is that while I import it your name shows up on the "history" somewhere along the line the site won't attribute you in the footer. Danke. The import feature decided to work correctly so your name shows up on the footer. Can you tell us what are the geographic coordinates are? Hi, I made edits to the Ubud article yesterday, and I see you cleaned them up some; thanks. I've just made some more and thought I should explain that the phone number format here is to use +62361... when calling from outside Indonesia, and to use 0361... for calls placed from inside the contry (handphones work with either format). Thanks for the clarification. I'll get around to fixing that, but could I ask you to look at the map on Guinsa? Location on the beach is superb, close to nightlife yet quiet, but rooms are basic, plumbing is dodgy. PLUMBING IS NOT DODGY THE ONLY THING THATS DODGY IS YOUR REVIEW. restaurant gets mixed reviews. WHERE IN THE WORLD IS THERE A RESTAURANT THAT GETS STATIC REVIEWS? and service has drawn many complaints. PLEASE SHOW ME THE MANY COMPLAINTS ( How many?? From where? point me towards them?) Rates from US$15 (fan) to $55 (Wrong Wrong Wrong )Rates are from $8 To $60(beachside air-con), fairly expensive for what you get. THE BEACHSIDE AIRCON IS ALWAYS FULL>>>>>EXPLAIN THAT! Lets get to the bottom of this.....where do you get your information from?? And again I ask ....why didnt you offer the information about the guest house where people are being scammed.....I gave you the link to that. Why didnt you use it?

Map template

As a result of a discussion on Project:Copyleft I was wondering if you'd be so kind as to un-license your contributions to Image:Wikivoyage-map-template.svg and release it to the public domain? Cagayan de Oro

[edit]

I have read the policy on adult oriented links and find it reasonable. However in the case of Cagayan de Oro City especially in the Philippines, there has been efforts to rid of the sex image. Placing links to these type of bars does not help at all. In fact the first gay bar in the city was almost closed due to complaints from concern citizens. Personally I do not want my city to be known as such because of one single adult website. I hope you reconsider your web policy based on our local concerns. thanks

It's possible that they keep reverting the description on the Kyoto page because they offer transportation of convenience itself (which has recently begun to appear on shelves in Lawson's in sprayable form), and they want the description to reflect that, so travelers know they won't have to lug their bottles of convenience around with them. Baby Jesus

[edit]

Just an observation, but I doubt Baby Jesus' break point is infoboxes in listings, especially considering what He went through one time a flogging, having a crown of thorns placed on His head, being spat on while being struck with a stick on the head, then He was crucified, then He died, then a Roman stuck a spear in Jesus' side and drained His blood. Then Baby Jesus was dragged off and placed in a tomb for three days, until He arose.

But if you're right, it's kind of ironic that Baby Jesus could spring back from all of that, but is emotionally crushed when someone misuses infoboxes. Maybe I'll write a banner that says "Infobox Hits 4 Jesus". -- (WT-en) Sapphire(Talk) • 03:16, 5 July 2007 (EDT)

Actually, the Bible says that Jesus was ~35 years old when that unpleasantness occurred, so he was hardly a baby anymore at the time. (WT-en) Jpatokal 04:46, 5 July 2007 (EDT)
Oh yeah... I kind of forgot about it since we don't hear about anything in between. 8) Just out of curiosity, what inspired your comment? At first, it reminded me of the movie Talladega Nights, which I unfortunately have to admit to watching, because Ricky Bobby is always praying to "Baby Jesus". Afterwards, I remembered watching a CNN piece, in which a baby Jesus was stolen from a nativity scene two-and-a-half-years ago and was returned last Christmas along with a photo album depicting the baby Jesus' adventures.-- (WT-en) Sapphire(Talk) • 07:11, 5 July 2007 (EDT)

Some years ago I was cycling in Tokyo. It was December, and some stores were doing Christmas promotions. As I passed a department store window something caught my eye, and I thought, "mmm that's not right". I back pedaled, and there was a nativity scene with all the main characters - the wise men and camels etc, and peering into the crib was -- Santa Claus in full garb, and his reindeer were 'parked' next to the camels. Now, I don't know much about the Judea-Christian traditions, but even I knew that was wrong, but after the Shingo explanation about Siberia and Alaska it's all finally beginning to fall into place... (WT-en) WindHorse 23:28, 5 July 2007 (EDT)
A famous urban legend alleges that, shortly after the war, an unnamed major department store in Tokyo decided to celebrate Christmas in Western style and decked their windows with an elaborate holiday display, whose centerpiece was... a crucified Santa Claus. Ha, ha, ha! I love the path this conversation took! WindHorse, any chance you have photos of that display? Jani, where exactly does it mention Isukiri on the WT? Admin post

C'mon, just try it. It feels really good, all the other cool kids are already admins, and the first rollback is free. I really appreciate your invitation, but, you know, at the moment I really enjoy editing at WT and hope my efforts can help some traveler, but perhaps part of the fun is that I don't feel any responsibility. Obviously, becoming a volunteer admin is not like accepting a high pressured job at Microsoft, but somehow it changes the atmosphere. Furthermore, later in the year I'm going to be in some very remote regions for several months where there are few places with electricity, let alone internet connections. So, maybe let's think about next year when I am hooked up to the net again. Anyway, take it easy, and be careful about offering me a free rollback. I might be tempted to hit one of those complicated Japanese poems that you have translated. Ah! Take it easy. (WT-en) WindHorse 08:25, 9 July 2007 (EDT)

Italic romanization?

[edit]

Hi Jani, could you comment about this on the following talk page please? Thanks.

I recently edited the style guideline to call for italicizing of romanizations because I noted we were doing it that way. So now I'm wondering if italicizing romanizations is actually what we should be doing or not and why we have been doing it.

Why are we italicizing romanizations, eg Shanghai (上海 Shànghǎi)?

Please reply on Project:Romanization#Italic romanization?

Stockholm

[edit]

Thanks for your feedback. I certainly didn't intend to break style guidelines - although I realise now that there were some details I didn't notice when quickly scanning them. However, I can't really see in what way I've made "large formatting changes" to existing text that has taken it from correct formatting to incorrect. Rather, the formatting of existing attractions in the Stockholm article seems to have been rather far from the Manual of Style for quite some time without anyone noticing, and I just copied some of the formatting already used in the article (but actually tried to bring my additions more in line with the prescribed format, e.g. adding phone numbers and opening times in some places). For example, I see now that what is called "front-linking" is frowned upon. This seemed to be the standard in the article's listing and I just kept with that. If you actually mean that I've changed things for the worse, it would be very helpful if you could be more specific.

As for linking to maps I must say I find the policy strange. Considering the Project:The traveller comes first slogan, I thought it would be better to actually be able to point to a small street not easily found on a map. Surely, "our own maps" would be better, but if I'm not prepared to draw them, the alternative is obviously no map at all. However, I realize I should take that over at the policy pages. Although I think I prefer to add useful information rather than engage in policy debates. Feel free to remove the Google Maps links if you wish. (WT-en) Alarm 08:36, 23 July 2007 (EDT)

OK then. No worries. (WT-en) Alarm 09:16, 23 July 2007 (EDT)

How to update the web at wikivoyage?

[edit]

How to update the web links at wikivoyage? I saw this website that has good location search and all for the city Jakarta, at www.petaku.com, and the link was reverted. Any guide that i miss handle?

Project:External links (WT-en) Jpatokal 22:32, 26 July 2007 (EDT)

ACk! U deleted some of the food lists that i want to add too! Along with some other small informations.......

It is sad though, since people can actually see the places and all with map guide, but being prohibited from the site information.

Thanks for the edit. I've finished putting parentheses around the Japanese.

I am less enthusiastic about the jokey (and in some cases inaccurate) section headings. On Wikipedia I'm used to choosing my own headings. Is this verboten on WikiTravel? For example I am unhappy about reclassifying a campsite as a budget hotel. I'm sure you were just following a format, but it seems to be a straightjacket and it affects the accessibility of the information.

One other thing - which I have taken up at the Pub - someone else has been credited as original author! Best regards. -- (WT-en) Kleinzach 22:36, 1 August 2007 (EDT)

Thanks for your reply. Your point about formatting is well taken. A straightjacket is useful if the headings are accurate and in good English. In this case using vague imperatives is strange to a native speaker - but I will take my views on this to the appropriate part of WikiTravel - assuming I find it! Best. -- (WT-en) Kleinzach 06:10, 2 August 2007 (EDT)

Hello!

I have a problem on shared: that this image doesn't a have licensing tag. I know some (or many?) images you've uploaded are not tagged a license, and I also know you are permitting on (WT-en) your user page. But I think this way is not a good model for other contributors, especially for new comers, done by a great contributor and administrator like you.

If you delegate license tagging to me, I'm O.K. to tag your images without a license specified on shared: and ja: when I find them by chance. If you agree on my suggestion, please make a section ==Delegation== / ==委任== (or other appropriate term) at the bottom of my user page on (WT-shared) shared: and (WT-ja) ja: and write to do so with a tag to be used (e.g. <nowiki>{{dual-gfdl-cc-by-sa-any}}</nowiki>) and your signature.

Now I'm thinking to add those images to VFD page on shared: (and maybe on ja: too) in the near future, because there are some contributors including an admin who don't care our image policy seriously. But I want to keep those images if I can. Thanks. -- (WT-en) Tatata 02:33, 6 August 2007 (EDT)

Listings tags on :ru

[edit]

Hey Jani, I'm trying to get the listings tags to work on the Russian language version, but am running into difficulties. I translated the list of tags here and tried to add the listings tags to ru:MediaWiki:Edittools, but perhaps I have done something wrong, because only the "email" and "url" tags seem to be working (which are by no coincidence, I presume, the only tags I did not transliterate into cyrillic). Here is an (WT-ru) example listing, not working. I thought I would ask you, since you got the listings tags working fine on :ja. Thanks for your help! --(WT-en) Peter Talk 16:11, 12 August 2007 (EDT)

I think Jani is the last person you would want to ask, especially considering that he hates translating the listings. -- (WT-en) Sapphire(Talk) • 18:47, 12 August 2007 (EDT)
ja: doesn't use listings tags at all, it uses a custom template hack system that actually predates listings. And yes, both me and the little imaginary gnomes at the Press hate translating listings into other languages -- you're making it much, much more difficult to manipulate them programmatically (wave buh-bye to ever seen a printed Russian guidebook!), and it's not meant to be human-visible information in the first place. (WT-en) Jpatokal 12:33, 13 August 2007 (EDT)
Well, not human-visible for readers, but my hunch is that a lot of Russian editors will not understand the English tags. So I guess I'll just give up on using listings? It would be a shame, as they are a great way to maintain proper formatting. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 13:30, 13 August 2007 (EDT)

I was all over RC patrol today... hundreds of edits. It struck me that much more gets by than I thought. I left some unpatrolled that I was hoping someone else would make decisions on... back on 8/16 I think. If you hide patrolled edits and go 500 long they are probably still there. censoring

[edit]

Not so much censoring as reverting what amounts to vandalism in my opinion. Hanging around WT to heckle is in violation of the Terms of use, which is why I sited that.

Wikivoyage is for "people who support our goals of creating a free, complete, up-to-date and reliable worldwide travel guide."

"If you're not interested in our goals..... we ask that you not use this Web service."

But I'm not going to drag it out, if you think it should stay then I'll let it stay (WT-en) cacahuate talk 03:43, 23 August 2007 (EDT)

WTP formatting guidelines

[edit]

For publishing, I would assume that formatting guidelines will be more strict than a wiki would require. Are there any plans to have more precise formatting guidelines for, say, punctuation? If so, will this be a good thing to also require of Wikivoyage articles, or just of those that are being published? --(WT-en) Peter Talk 16:54, 23 August 2007 (EDT)

The listing tags are a godsend for publishing, as we can just grab the data and reformat it as we like. For text in general, we already have a pretty detailed Manual of Style, and Press editors will just enforce it. I'd prefer to add any additional style guidelines for stuff not yet covered into the sitewise MoS, but naturally that will have to go through the consensus process. (WT-en) Jpatokal 22:38, 23 August 2007 (EDT)
Just to clarify, the sorts of things I was thinking about are very minor, like dashes, or whether to put a period after abbreviations in addresses (e.g., N Michigan Ave or N. Michigan Ave.?). My experience with publishing is that absolutely everything must be formatted consistently, but people here have understandably objected to establishing rules about such fine-haired distinctions. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 22:54, 23 August 2007 (EDT)
At the end of the day the publisher is me, so as long as I'm happy, it'll get printed! And I don't think anybody at WT has ever objected to laying out rules in the MoS (well, aside from spelling...), it's just that enforcement has been lax at best. (WT-en) Jpatokal 23:13, 23 August 2007 (EDT)

Hey Serenity, forgive me for eavesdropping ;) All you need to know about starting a new language version is described in this article and the links contained therein. It would be great to have and Indonesian language version! The most basic requirements are at least 3 committed editors, a liaison, and a translation of the php file. But like I said, all the information is available through that link. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 01:09, 28 August 2007 (EDT)

I'm not sure, but it seems like you did not understand the text which explained the difference between a "Province" and a "Region" in the main article about Finland when you reverted it to a old version. The areas mentioned "above" by you are not regions, but provinces. Within the provinces there are regions which were mentioned in the text. A little reading should have made that pretty clear. To know about these regions is valuable knowledge to travellers since locals refer more to them than the provinces mentioned on the main page. There was a text about this on the discussuon-page, and so far no one has disagreed.

The things that should be changed are the descriptions of the provinces, but I have no good ideas at the moment.

I'm going to change the text to the previous version, but if you do not agree with that please let me know.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, I don't have the technical wherewithal to prepare and upload audio. So even if the policy were changed I would not be the person to improve the site in that fashion. (WT-en) Butwhatdoiknow 16:06, 9 September 2007 (EDT)

Re:Redundancy

[edit]

No prob, but if the bot is going to be doing updates every day, we're going to run out of Project:Discover trivia, because they aren't being updated very often. Any way you can set it up to change the entries every second day? Shouldn't be too difficult. -- (WT-en) Bill-on-the-Hill 19:37, 15 September 2007 (EDT)

Incidentally, looks like the bot may not be handling images correctly. It kept the phallic image around after the trivium referencing it was gone ... I removed the image the old-fashioned way, but you might want to check for a bug in the bot. -- (WT-en) Bill-on-the-Hill 14:55, 20 September 2007 (EDT)

Hoi An

[edit]

I don't see how this is an exception. It's not widely advertised, I'm not aware of it being prominently featured in other guidebooks, we're not short of Hoi An listings, and if it's prominently located, we don't even know where - we don't have an address. And why list the price of dinner if the recommendation is that people not have dinner? If it's on the river, as he seems to imply, it's among several blocks of several dozen restaurants and cafes packed together tightly - nearly everyone has a waterfront terrace and nobody stands out. How about trimming it to a couple lines and moving it to Drink? (WT-en) Gorilla Jones 22:34, 18 September 2007 (EDT)

Helsinki

[edit]

Why exactly do you keep insiting on removing cited information? You removed a link from the stay safe section that showed that Helsinki has a murder rate around six times higher than other major European cities, and then removed text that stated that this was not a major problem for tourists, replacing it with not a problem at all for tourists. Logout problem

[edit]

Hello Jani-san,

(WT-en) KevinSours from IB is going to fix the problem now, but he seems to want to know other contributors's opinions about his way to fix it; adding a "remember me" option to Special:OpenIDLogin. Would you please let him know on the tech request page, whether the problem occurs with OpenID or not, and your opinion on his concern? Thanks. -- (WT-en) Tatata7 22:41, 16 October 2007 (EDT)

Vandalism policy?

[edit]

I don't know about you folks (I'm sending the same message to several), but I for one am getting sick and tired of the intentional vandalism that's going on here. I am trying to start a discussion on Project:Community policies as to whether something more forceful needs to be in place to deal with it. Historically, we have bent far over backwards to avoid punitive action against vandals and have simply gone in and cleaned up the messes they create. However, the frequency of vandalism is growing, and I am not convinced that we are doing Wikivoyage a service by tolerating it. This said, I'm not at all sure what the "right" response is.

I'd appreciate your participation in the discussion on that talk page. Let's see if we can come up with something appropriate. -- (WT-en) Bill-on-the-Hill 11:40, 19 October 2007 (EDT)

Holyrood Palace image

[edit]

Hi, Thanks for your answer on shared. I downloaded the photo (Image:Holyrood_Palace_Edinburgh.jpg), started to upload, then didn't have a clue about the license. The en image says CC by-sa but no version (unless I just don't know where to look...), the original image on WikiMedia Commons specifies GFDL and "CC by-sa 2.0 Germany", is that the same as WT's GFDL and CC by-sa 2.0? I'm hoping as the original uploader you might know more.... Thanks, (WT-en) WTDuck2 15:05, 19 October 2007 (EDT)

I noticed this edit where you bumped up the article to usable. Check the description at the bottom of the article for "usable status". There are no complete entries for Sleep - or even attractions. -- (WT-en) OldPine 10:26, 28 October 2007 (EDT)

Thanks for your comment. Tried the route a few years ago, so there may be some new details I might have missed (although tried updating as much as I could by checking with friends, internet). Do add to it when you ultimately try the track.(WT-en) Slleong 01:11, 29 October 2007 (EDT)

New admin

[edit]

Can you give User:(WT-en) PerryPlanet his new buttons, it's been more than 14 days... merci! (WT-en) cacahuate talk 01:01, 30 October 2007 (EDT)

Whoops! These bureaucrat buttons are slippery... (WT-en) Jpatokal 03:03, 30 October 2007 (EDT)
I had this on my to-do list and was going to do it my time at noon, but that wasn't exactly "after 14 days", though, it would have been 07:00 EST. Man, this time zone change has been messing me up and daylight savings time just reverted (Apparently, I was the only person in Poland who knew about that). Jani, how to you keep up with your ever changing time zone? -- (WT-en) Sapphire(Talk) • 04:05, 30 October 2007 (EDT)

Dorganbot

[edit]

Can you maybe answer at User talk:(WT-en) Evan#bot... you know a lot about bots, and have the ability to give him bot status... watcha think? (WT-en) cacahuate talk 23:42, 31 October 2007 (EDT)

Yes, I will run it once a week. Another question: could you update MessagesHu.php in the server? (WT-en) Dorgan 12:43, 5 December 2007 (EST)

If you see these two pages (hu:Special:Allpages and hu:Special:Prefixindex) you can see, they are the very same. Thats why I asked you. (WT-en) Dorgan 11:52, 11 December 2007 (EST)

The translation of the file (MessagesHu.php) is wrong. When you open the Special:Allmessages page, in en.wikivoyage you get the Special:Allmessages page (of course) BUT if you open this page in hu.wikivoyage, you get the other one (Special:Prefixindex). (WT-en) Dorgan 13:27, 12 December 2007 (EST)
